Gennaro comes from a long history of Italian Family Restaurants from Sorrento, Italy, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Wenatchee and then to Chelan. Recipes have been lovingly handed down to the family with new personal touches.
Gennaro was born in San Francisco, and grew up helping his Father operate his fine dining Italian Restaurants in San Francisco and Marin County. Gennaro has gained extensive background experience in the Food and Beverage business as well as 20 years in the catering and country club business. Gennaro culinary skills exemplify the finest in Italian Cuisine and the best in hospitality.
